We had taken 2 years of extended warranty along with 1 year manufacturing warranty of our MI TV, now the warranty is valid till 2022 and there is panel issue in the TV confirmed by MI technical team. Now instead of giving the part replacement Jeeves is forcefully is asking us to take some amount and give back TV to them, overall its our loss. we have taken extended warranty to avoid these kinds of issues. If part is not available its not our concern Jeeves has to arrange the part or replace the TV. PLEASE HELP US To SOLVE THIS ON PRORITY. Was this information helpful? |
