[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — microphone of new phone purchase moto e4 plus is not working properly
Get delivery of mobile on 5th oct, 2017. I register my complaint for microphone is not working properly of phone on 11th oct, 2017. Person in other side of the phone cant listen the voice properly. That fellow has to concentrate much to listen voice of mine. Technician came and said phone is ok. There is no problem. But i am facing the problem when i have to do conversation very loudly with my newly purchased phone. Kindly resolve my problem. I want replacement of my mobile.
