3 months back, i applied for claiming warranty for my repaired microwave.. they took 1 month to process for the spare parts then another 1 month to process another spare part which they forgot to order in first go but after that, called me and said they cant buy spare parts and are ready for refund.. i accepted for the refund. Its been another 1 month, neither the technician nor the customer service is responding to my calls. I dont know when the product will be taken back and i ll be refunded to buy a new product .. such sickening service.. highly disappointed Was this information helpful? |
