Claim id: ad[protected] More than 2 months since mobile sent for repairs, still not returned. Whenever you call their toll free numbers they will always say that they will escalate the matter further to their backend team, still no results. When they have no answer they say that they will arrange a call back from backend team in 24 hrs, i have not received any call back from their back end team in the last 2 months.
