TV is under warranty and suddenly stopped playing any videos on the TV, that means we can see only pictures.
1st Technician came with zero knowledge and returned saying that they will replace the board.
2nd Technician came on[protected]Don't want to mention there names) and took the TV in a van saying that we will repair from our service center and return the TV in 3 days. Today date is[protected], but TV is yet come. I tried to reach Jeeves on [protected]/[protected]mentioned on the challan) 100 times, but no reply. Then try to reach Jeeves customer care on[protected] mentioned on the their website that is not working.
I called technician 2 to 3 times but they can't help on this.
So finally, I bought the TV with the extended warranty from Jeeves and the TV is not working they took the TV and no one is responding. Took the TV from the customer and no reply means it's strongly a theft from the customer. If I didn't receive the TV in next two days, I'll file a consumer court and file a case.
