My phone was taken on 4th aug 2019 and till now my device was not repaired.. Everytime when i contact customer support they simply one thing that you will get a call back from our back end team.. Seriously no update till now... I don't know what to do and whom to contact to get back my device.. Its really frustrating.. It's been 60 days ever since my device was picked up..in the policy it's stated as 10 day policy... I'm really scared of my device.. My claim i'd is ad[protected] and my plan id is jppoffk1325738.. Someone please help me..
