I have bought a complete TV protection plan for 2-year duration (CPFK[protected] through Flipkart for my Thomson LED TV, early this month I had a problem in TV. Logged a complaint & technician visited and identified one part to be replaced. After that 16 days has been gone but no response.
I have 3 times to their call center but every time they say part is yet to receive and not givng any affirmative timeline infect no they are even not responding over call.
Really pathetic state of service I am feeling like cheated and on mercy of Jeevs after paying 2 year warranty to them.
