Jeeves Consumer Services — No Proper Service as per their Policy

It's been around 40 days since I have initiated my service request and there is no proper response or resolution from Jeeves.

Initially it was promised that issue will be resolved in maximum of 21 days but now they are extending it irrespective of their promise and policy.

Tried reaching their Customer Care many times, They say it has been escalated but still issue has not been resolved.
