An extended warranty plan was purchased from M/s Jeeves. (address Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd Buildings Alyssa, Begonia & Clover, Embassy Tech Village, Outer Ring Road, Devarabeesanahalli Village Bangalor 560103 ) However due to return because of damage in product (TV), u/n wished to cancel the warranty plan taken from Jevves . M/s Jeeves confirmed the same for refund too as per the email as below .

in response, all the particulars were provided for refund to bank but as on date in spite of several emails & follow up, they have not made refund.Thye have acknowledged the comlaint and agreed for refund but delaying since last 4 months.

The matter may be resolved immediately by Jeeves with compensation for inordinate delay in response.
