Jeeves Consumer Services — No support for warranty

I bought a 43 inch Realme Tv from Flipkart in Nov, 2020.
It was working fine for 9 months. But for the last some weeks, we started seeing issues with display and picture. It's been not even a year since I bought the TV. There is a one year warranty+ extended full protection warranty I bought separately from Jeeves.

I reached out to Flipkart, then they redirected to Realme and then they redirected to Jeeves. Till now, I followed up with them so many times. Everytime, they say I'll get a consultant to diagnose the issue within two business days. Till now, there is no support given. We felt like being cheated. This is really frustrating and disappointing.

Please take necessary action.

Updated by talktoyasirnow Extremely bad customer support from them. They're fooling us by repeatedly saying the same dialog over and over again- will be resolved within 2 business days. It has been more than 2-3 weeks. A big scam this is.
