I had submitted the service request on 20th October. After frequent calls the technician Akbar Sharif visited on 24th October and said he has ordered the part and will be delivered by 8-10 days. Actually he has not ordered the part on the same day and was ordered on 28th October as per the customer care person. I had conveyed him that we need to shift our house and need it to be fixed within that. Even after the part delivery he purposely not picking up the call and delaying the service.
