Struggling since last 4-5 months with my Nokia TV and JEEVES services. What I have to do every month is book a complaint of my TV to customer care then in 3 days vendor came and collect TV saying it’s parts to be changed then in 4-5 days they install TV saying it’s working now…..from next day onwards problem again persist then again I have to call customer care and follow the same process which is 9-10 days every month but still problem not resolved. TV screen blackout and voice not coming I have made videos of the same but they don’t trust the videos. They told that I have to buy stabiliser as TV is not getting stabilised supply, I have installed stabiliser but problem not resolved now they r taking my TV for 4-5 days saying they have to observe the problem. Totally frustrated don’t know what to do next, I will file complaint against them as it is my last option now. Was this information helpful? |
