Dear sir/Madam This is regarding my (Case ID: FLRT-E3DWY6-9MAOJJ-TT9995-BP8QHNU) regarding Thomson LED TV purchased through flipkart along with extended warranty for 3 years no. CPFK[protected]. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have encountered with my three-year extended warranty on my Thomson LED TV. I purchased this warranty from flipkart.com along with my Thomson LED to protect my investment and ensure that I have access to prompt and efficient repairs in case of any issues with my TV. Recently, I noticed many black spots on the screen of my TV which are increasing every day, and I immediately contacted flipkart.com to avail of the warranty service. The representative informed me that a technician would visit my home to assess the problem, and I was glad to hear that your company had partnered with a reputable service provider to handle warranty claims. When the technician arrived, he inspected my TV and accepted my claim. They found that the LED is defective and beyond repair. He informed me that the LED has manufacturing defect & was non-repairable and would need to be replaced. he also appraised the same to some executive after sharing he pictures & videos of defect and told that there is defect in LED and not repairable. However, to my surprise, the insurance executive online, who was handling my claim online denied the problem of black spots on the screen, stating that such black spots were not covered under the terms and conditions of the warranty. May be the executives are trying to avoid the warranty claim or flipkart has appointed persons without knowledge of policy term. I was extremely disappointed to hear this, as I believe that the black spots on the TV screen were a direct result of a technical issue & manufacturing defect and not caused by any external factors such as accidental damage or mishandling. I reviewed the terms and conditions of my warranty thoroughly, and to my knowledge, there is no clause stating that black spots on the TV screen are not covered under the warranty. I would like to request that you review my case and ask flipkart.com to provide me with a suitable resolution. I believe that the black spots on my TV screen are a legitimate warranty claim, and I would appreciate it if your company could honour the terms and conditions of the warranty and provide me with the necessary repairs or replacement for my TV.I rely on my TV for entertainment and work purposes, and the black spots are hindering my ability to use it effectively. It outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty in detail, and I hope that it will clarify any confusion regarding my claim.
