MY NAME IS MURALA NAGESWARARAO MY DEVICE Broken with display damaged am claimed on 30 january my phone picked up on 9th February MY plan ID is JPPOFFK285356 but my phone not delivered yet it's nearly 2months please tack action regrading this and please arrange refund amount on my phone if I call to customer care center they won't responding please take 1st prearity
