Jeeves Consumer Services — Not given any response My Name is S Jaya SREE .I register my complain on 04.06.2021 . After that I received cal on 05.0.2021 from customer care side they told your mobile under damage It is not cover in our policy for repair you pay some amount of rs.1000/-. I say yes. I will pay. After that they told you will be receiving link in your email id please share your government id I say yes please share. they told you will receive link on two working day . I have no receive any link in my email id yet. I has cal daily basis in your customer care number they told please wait two working day . Total -40 days already gone. after 40day days return my mobile without repair. that time call to customer care whait for 2 day telling . every time only one answer telling " wait for two days" Was this information helpful? | |||
