My Claim ID is CLCMN[protected] .I register my complain on 11.06.2021 .
After that I received cal on 23.06.2021 from customer care side they told your mobile under damage
It is not cover in our policy for repair you pay some amount of rs.1000/-. I say yes. I will pay.
After that they told you will be receiving link in your email id please share your government id
I say yes please share. they told you will receive link on two working day .
I have no receive any link in my email id yet. I has cal daily basis in your customer care number they told please wait two working day .
Total -25 days already gone
