I bought a TV from Flipkart on Nov 9th 2020, in June 2021 had a issue with TV and thru Jeeves I got a replacement in July 2021
And while getting a replacement I purchased a complete protection plan from TV repair guy(Jeeves guy) which had purchase date as same as first purchase Nov 9th 202p
And again in Nov 7th I had a issue with the TV and raised a complaint with Jeeves complete protection department on the same day,
They responded and sent a repairmen and the repairmen took a TV and after some days I was told that TV was beyond repairable, so I will be given 80% refund, saying that the product has gone in to second year so I'm eligible only for 80%
First I accepted the offer and then I realized that I reported the issue within a year, so I should be getting 100% refund
But Jeeves is not agreeing, they are giving conflict information, first they said for manufacturing defects if the product is within 1 year I should be eligible for 100%
Now they are saying even for 1st year it's only 80%
I already spent TV cost and plan cost and now I'm given only 80% of the TV cost, which I had only issues,
I have given 2 TVs but I haven't watched them even for 6 months properly
I think I being subject to injustice here
Please help me out
