Jeeves Consumer Services — Not giving any refund or repairing my TV | |||||
I have purchased Motorola 164cm (65 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with 3 Years of complete TV protection on 02 Oct 2019 from Flipkart with order no. OD[protected], and my TV got damaged on 15 June 2021 and I registered my complaint on 16 June 2021 with Claim ID CLCPB[protected] and the technician visited after 2 days and informed the company that TV motherboard has some issue and is repairable but the company decided to provide me a refund and since then I was told that I will get a refund mail from the company. I had followed up with the customer care many times and also mailed them many times and every time they say that I will get a refund mail within 2 working days and It has been a month & a half and still I haven't received any mail. I'm frustrated with the pathetic service provided and not able to watch TV for last one & half month. Kindly help me resolve my issue.
