I had complaint to Jeeves on 20th may 2021 that my TV is not working. Since then till date mechanic visit not done. On 20th may 2021 the customer support told me to wait for lockdown over 31st may 2021 will send mechanic on 1st to 10th june 2021. After that I called on 15th june 2021 complaint raised but no resolution no mechanic. After that I called 5-6 times till date bit no one giving me the solution. The main surprise is yesterday I came to know from your team member ZEEVA that complaint of 15th june 2021 raised & closed by same day How is it possible ? If complaint closed then no one inform me i had called after that also on 18th 22nd 24th & 29th June 2021 but no one told me that. I can't understand what should I do now. I request you to refund my money & close my case so I can buy a new TV. As per rule 30 days is max period & now it's 50 days plus. Please understand my concern & do the needful.
