I had raised a request on 13th july 2020 under complete mobile protection plan jppoffk2245452. Pickup scheduled on 18 july 2020 & picked up the mobile on the same date. More details to follow, registered date - 13 july 2020 registered mobile no. [protected] claim request - iw[protected] as per your policy mobile should be delivered within 10-15 working days from the pickup date. But unfortunately, it is not delivered yet. I had many calls & emails to support but no one can resolve my issue. Everyone asks to wait for 5 working days more, our backend team & responsible team will contact you. But already i waited for more than 1 month & the policy period, still, i haven't received any resolution for the claim request. I want my mobile back in repaired condition as soon as possible as well as i want compensation 10 times of product value for waiting more than the policy period and mental harassment, fraud, fake commitment.
