Dear insurance partner, my phone was picked up on 24th october and after so many days i’m clueless about the location of my phone. There’s no update from your side regarding my phone. You are the most unprofessional that i have come across. Despite my repeated calls there’s no assurance from your end. If i’ll not receive my phone back then i’ll take stern action against your company. So make sure that you return my phone as soon as possible.

Updated by Meenakshi Lather My problem is still not resolved. They haven't returned my device yet. Worst company & pathetic service. I just want my phone back whether repaired or not repaired. Just send it back.
