I had raised a complaint regarding the smartphone on 24 June 2021. The device was picked from my place on 26 June 2021.

I have called several times to their customer care centre and also have mailed them several times regarding the issue. All they do is say to wait for 2 business days every time I call or say that the device is in the repair progress. I need to pay them 1500/- as a service charge which I am ready to. But for that, they need to send me the documentation mail to which I should reply with the necessary documents and later make payment using the given link. But they are not sending me the mail from their side and just making me wait for many days. I have contacted them several times regarding this. As they claim the device had to be returned back to me by 10-15 business days but it is already going to be a month since I sent my device. Hope you help me with the issue and help me get my device back repaired as soon as possible.
