Jeeves Consumer Services — pathetic service: waiting for pick up from past 3 weeks and there is no update | |
I called jeeves customer care atleast 6 7 times and emailed them around 5-10 times but there is no update from them regarding my phone pick-up. Every time i call they mention there is some technical difficulty which is wiered as i do not understand how there can be technical difficulty for 1 whole month. And every time they assured me thaat within 48 hours my phone pick up will be done but it never happened. I even talked wih one of the manager named "ragvendra" who said he will escalate it and get it done but again it never happened. I have paid for the service and i am not getting it. My plan id is : jppoffk360299, I have also paid the charges of 500rs which they asked. But even after that there is no serivce provided. Was this information helpful? | |
