Jeeves Consumer Services — Payment issue

(This is regarding Extended Warranty with JPPOFFK1654109 for your LED TV.
Your claim has been successfully registered and your Claim ID is CLJPJ[protected].)

As above mail. I claim warrenty on my TV. JEEVES Technician vist our place and took TV from home. Now i called customer care, that people telling TV not repairing we will pay 70% of money & you already received mail about this. But i did't receive any mail. this problem is 2nd time first also tv not operating...

As per JEEVES terms and condition they have to pay 70 % of invoice value . but now they telling paying only 33% of invoice value.
