I have raised a complaint to Jeeves on 23rd February 2021(Claim Id- CLJP[protected]). At that point of time, I have mentioned to the executive that my phone was in my pocket and when I tried to use it it only vibrates using the power key but no screen display is coming. So they have raised my complaint and I sent my phone for repair to Jeeves.
Within 2-3 days, I got a call from Jeeves claiming that Your phone is having screen damage and as per policy you will have to pay 500 Rupees for the screen repair and you will receive a mail. I said send me the mail for this and I will pay the amount.
From that day onwards I haven't received any mail for this and also I am continuously following up from Jeeves customer care for the status of the phone.
Today I received my phone back without any repair, the screen tempered glass is being removed and also the condition of the phone is the same as before. I tried opening my phone but it is not working, it is only vibrating using the power key.
I called jeeves for this matter, they said that the phone is having a software issue which is being fixed by the repairer.
This is a really unexpected situation as I have waited for around 25 days and now the executive is saying that you will have to raise the complaint again which means I have to wait for around 25 days again.
From starting onwards I have complained about screen damage and now the claim is closed based on a software issue. Why did I get a call from the executive for paying the amount for screen damage and how did he update the software and verify it without even checking the screen and How is the software issue marked while I have raised a complaint for screen damage and Also I am continuous followup from executives also said that screen will be provided by the manufacturer that's why it will take time for repair?
I can't wait further, either provide me a replacement of this phone or my phone money back because this is strictly unprofessional. Please do the resolution and give me a detailed description about this matter. I have all the recordings and mails about jeeves and having a strong proof of my phone.
