I have paid 1000 rupees and sent my mobile for repair to Jeeves as the mobile is under complete mobile protection plan the claim no is : complaint CLCMH[protected] .
I have sent the mobile on 18th Dec 2023 and have not received my yet till date i.e[protected] when they informed to complete the process with in 10 days. I received a message from jeeves on 22nd stating they have completed the repair and sent the mobile via blue dart but we did not get the mobile yet. Blue dart claims they do not have the mobile and asks me to contact Jeeves.
Jeeves customer support is pathetic, they do not provide any details except asking me to wait for 2 days each time I call or write a mail. its been 21 days and I did not get a single update from them. have sent multiple mails and made multiple phone calls till now. Was this information helpful? |
