I have purchased a TV of thomson brand 43" alongwith complete protection plan of Jeeves for 3 years from Flipkart. After 1 year and 3 Months TV started showing a white line on display. I reported this issue to Jeeves customer service on 11th july 2022.
After Complaint A technician came to check the TV and told me that TV need to Pickup by Jeeves and will be sent to service center for repair. After 5 days on 20th july 2022 the TV got picked up by jeeves and the executive came to pickup the tv told me that i will get back my repaired TV within 7 to 10 days. I waited for 10 days but no response i received from jeeves then i called to customer care of jeeves then he told me that to wait for total 14 days from pickup to get the response then i waited for 14 days but still i did not get any response since then i called several times and also mail them many times but they are either not responding and if they talk then they are keep telling me same thing everytime to wait for 2 more days to get the response.
its been 17 days but still no response from them. they are not returning my tv. Was this information helpful? |
