Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited — complete mobile protection plan/no help regarding the same

Jeeves team is not prodiving support as mentioned in the terms and conditions in flipkart. I bought redmi k20 phone and jeeves mobile protection plan from flipkart and now my phone got damaged accidently and now while claiming the warranty they are not helping me.
