Hi team,
I have raised a complaint for my bpl washing machine not working fine. I have been chasing jeeves support team from 4 months & still there is no resolution for the same.
I have again & again given the product invoice & extended warranty invoice to different teams.
Finally the ticket was raised with ticketid 0g19ewknscs-2597930 on 20th july. The mechanic came & told me that some part is not working & will be fixed in 1-2 day.
After that i have only received 1 sms that my ticket has been resolved. Without resolving the issue they closed the ticket by themselves. And they didnt share the reason why the ticket was closed without resolution.
Since then i have already called many a times on support no.[protected]. On both the occasion i was assured that they have mailed to the concerned team & within 48 hrs the issue will be resolved.
Finally they raised another ticket on 4th august ticketid 0h4ewknscs-2743969. Which they also closed by themself and i received sms that service has been completed.
For which again i have to mail & call the support team.
Finally the complaint was register with ticket id 0h4ewkascs-2750321 and mechanic came to visit house on 5th august and told that a part need to replaced which he will replace in 1 week or 10 days.
Now its more than 1 month the support team is not providing any support. I have already mailed & called them several times. They have even not shared the escalation matrix even after requesting so many times on mail.
The warranty is of no use as i am not able to use this product from months. I want my machine to return & money refunded for the same.
