Hii team jeeves I'm submiting a complaint for claim request for my realme 2 hendest it's accident damage and i want reapair my heandset so i'm submitting a complaint for repair my heandset and complaint is registered sucessfully but and your team is already provide me my plain id and claim id and your courier partner is already pickup my heandset but the issue is a mail receive to me by realme the tol total estimation is 10868 so i want to know how to claim my insurance I want to know my hendset is reapiared by you or realme and i have insurance or you will pay 80% of my heandset price so why i'm paying 10868 ruppes for repair after claim total price is 1275 ruppes I'm attached a photo of mail were is receved by realme Was this information helpful? | |||
