Hi i have filed insurance claim for my mobile for accidental damage mobile screen. My device has been picked up on 14 th feb 2020. I have been told that it will take 14 business days to repair my mobile and send it back. Its 16th workinf buainess day and i am talking to your helpline number from previous 4 days. They dont know the status of repair of my mobile and are not providing me any information, only saying that we are escalating the issue and you will receive information regarding your mobile. But no information has been sent to me. I am feeling harassed and very unsatisfied by your company service. I am requesting them to transfer my call to someone more repsonsible person who can tell me the status of my mobile. But they are still saying that please please wait. How much i have to wait.
