[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — redmi 7a | |||
I was facing some problem with my mobile which was under protection plan of jeeves. For the initial 10 days i was unable to contact them as the automated call service was getting disconnected automatically. After repeated trials i got connected and registered my complain. The complaint was attended after 5 days in which they took my mobile for service. Now it's over a week i have not got any update it and am unable to contact them. It was promised that all the service will be executed within 10 days from pickup to delivery. But till date there is no response. My mails are getting bounced by their email ids.
