Had taken 2 years extended warranty for my OnePlus TV from Jeeves (invoice no. JVS/11/0315 dated 15 November 2021).
On November 19 2021 i intimated for cancellation and full refund (within the permitted period of 30 days) and provided them with all the details as requested.
Still they have not provided refund and are not responding properly to my reminders. They have been delaying for no reason at all and indulging in fraudulent activities by not releasing my genuine refund claim.
