Hi Team, Claim ID:- CLJP[protected] Technician visit:- 1st August 2020 Today's Date:- 21st Oct 2020 I have purchased extended warranty with VU LED tv. 1st Aug 2020, technician visited my place and told that led board is damaged. Then he raised a request for the board. Till 18th Sept 2020 they were not able to find part and the status was part pending. So as per the policy they should give me refund or replacement. Now they are sating that we will replace part after 3 months. Customer care does not have any answer apart from telling please wait for 48 hrs. I visited the JEEVES office in HSR twice and got an update saying my refund is approved. Can you please confirm the same? Also please pickup the product by this weekend and initiate the refund process. I am really struggling to get this done. Please take immediate action and initiate pick up and refund for same.
