Brought a TV from flipkart with extended warranty from Jeeves.(Plan no: JPPOFFK1330635)
There was a panel issue in TV, contacted Jeeves and there representatives have collected the TV and informed that they cannot rectify the panel and instead agreed to refund 70% of the MRP. This was on[protected].
During the registration of complaint, their representatives entered the mobile number incorrectly and I requested them to send the link to registered mail id.
From here the game starts, whenever I write a mail to send the link to the registered email, I receive the same copy paste answers from them "We apologize for the inconvenience we will get back to you within 2 business days with the resolution."
The team handling mails is inefficient and gives same copy paste answers.
It has been 20 days and still they couid not send the link to the registered mail id. Was this information helpful? |
