In March 2019 I had Purchased iFFalkon 55tv from TCL via Flipkart.
The TV had screen flickering issues on right upper corner.
I have registered a claim with Jeeves in Sep 2021, as this was under extended warranty till Mar 2022.
After 4 months after multiple emails and calls to them they agreed that they cannot repair the TV and will refund the amount of 26, 500 rupees in the email.
They picked up the TV on 17th November and sent m the wrong refund link of 5, 015 rupees instead of 26, 500. and since then i have remined them multiple times over email and calls to sent the correct refund link for 26, 500 rupees and they are not doing it and just asking for 2 business days time on each reminder since last 23 business days.
hence i need help in getting the refund of 26, 500 from them.
