Jeeves Consumer Services — Refund not credited since last 2.5 months

I request for my refund amount of extended warranty because product is returned already. On 29 oct 2022 they only said that amount will be credited in account in 2 business days but today is 6 jan 2023 amount not received yet. Why it's taking so much time when I get the refund and the solution for this problem.
