I have raised a service request for my TV and they visited home and picked up the TV and I got a call saying it is a Accidental Damage and sent me an email regarding the refund amount & I shared my bank details but I have not received any amount till now.

1. March 11th 2020, I raised initial complaint
2. March 23rd 2020, I received an email regarding refund amount and I had a back and forth conversations with customer support and finally I shared my bank details but till now I have not received my refund.

Updated by Sunil Avva My marqtv refund I have not received till now, I have sent around 50 emails to [ [protected]@jeeves.co.in, [protected]@jeeves.co.in, [protected]@jeeves.co.in ] it is really frustrating for me to call 100 times to the customer care, every time I call they with in 48 Hrs

Please refer the attached refund image but I have not received a single rupee.
