My name is Ajith TS and I ordered a Thomson TV from flipkart with extended warranty. Order ID is OD[protected]. Now the above product is not working and I made a complaint. After my complaint the technician visited my home and took my TV for repair. Unfortunately, days before I got a call from my registered mobile number and told me that they cannot repair my tv and my Refund is accepted. Also told me to send the bank details. But no email is received from their side. So Called the customer care for more clarification and I finally realized that a wrong email address was mentioned in their database. I emailed several times for changing but they refuse to change it. Also I had the registered mobile number but they never ask any question through it.

After file a complaint in https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ Portal, Refund amount received.
Still the problem is not resolved, They send an email that we have already forwarded the issue to our concerned team and we will get back to you within 2 business days with the resolution. still 24.02.2022 nobody contact me for the refund and repair
