[Resolved]  Jeeves Consumer Services — refund of extended warranty cancellation

I have requested for cancellation of extended warranty on 14th august 2019. I have received a reply through an email to share the bank details for processing the payment, which i have shared on the same day to them.

On 20th august i have received another email where they have mentioned you will get your refund amount in next 02 business days.

After completion of 02 days, i have taken regular follow-ups, where they are saying again n again to wait next 24 to 48 hours.

On 27th august again i have received another email where they have mentioned you will get your refund amount in next 02 business days.

Now i m continuously following up on regular basis but not receiving any update regarding my refund amount.
