On Aug 22 nd we have purchased tv and it is installed on Aug 23rd.
On aug 23rd i have purchased additional warranty from Jeeves technician.
Due to problems with tv we have initiated refund for this tv from Flipkart and the process is started and amount is refunded.
I reached out to Jeeves support team and requested them to refund my money back due to no tv I have.
It's almost 5 days completed so far I i haven't received any proper response from team and amount. Was this information helpful? |
