Jeeves Consumer Services — Regarding extended warranty cancellation of LG air conditioner

Address:Municipal No. R- 53, First Floor, Shakarpur, Vikas Marg, New Delhi, Delhi 110092

I mailed Jeeves regarding cancellation of LG air conditioner extended warranty on the 19th April and also shared my bank account --- my Policy ID is EW[protected] and received a mail from Jeeves
"Please be assured that the refund of Rs 2660 as part of the cancellation of Extended Warranty Plan for LG AIR CONDITIONER has been initiated and it will be credited to your account within 8 business days. We will also share the UTR number for your reference within the next 8 business days.

It has been 13 days I have not received my refund .. I called many times to the customer care of Jeeves but they also making me fool regarding my refund by saying that you will get your refund in 48 hours
