Jeeves Consumer Services — Regarding refund

I brought a mi tv 43 inch tv it's under warranty and Jeeves failed to replace the product they said return the defective product and the amount will be refunded .

The defective product picked up on 05/10/2020 and till now I didn't get refund, every time I called them they tell me to wait for 48 hours and the amount will be credited but till now I didn't get the amount.

I request you to process the refund as soon as possible. Thank you
