I have purchased a Thomson LED TV from Flipkart platform and taken a protection plan also for the same. My tv got faulty for that I have raised a complaint on 12th of October 2021 regarding not working properly screen and sound of my tv, but it's 37 days have passed but still no resolution has been given by the Jeeves.
I have called many times on toll free number for my complaint. on 29th October 2021 they assured me that we have no stock of replacement part of your tv hence we have processed the complaint and sent it for replacement. Within 12 working days it will get approved and you will get a new tv against your old one. As the 12 working days completed on 08th November 2021, but I have not got any mail for the same. After that I have called on 14th November 2021 on toll free number then someone has told that new tv has been sent to your nearest service centre and it will get installed within 1 or 2 days, but already 3 days have passed then I have again on 17th November 2021 for the same then someone has told me that I have asked regarding the same from them then he told me that no such update is available with them he will update me within 2 working days. Again I have waited for 2 working days and called back on toll free number and again I have asked about the status of my complaint then she has replied that again wait for for 2 more working days to know the exact status.
Please give me the exact status of my complaint or resolve the issue at the earliest.
