I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy F22 mobile from Flipkart with one year of complete accidental insurance (Jeeves Consumer Services) on the 10th of February 2022. After using it for one month, my phone got slipped down from my bed to the floor. Then it's most of the display color became purple. After that for its repair claim, I called the customer care of Jeeves. She told me that she has raised my claim with the number CLCMT[protected], and now I will receive an email, in which I have to reply with some documents (Govt. ID, mobile photos). Since that day I had been continuously sending them the documents but every time they send me to email to resubmit the documents. I understood they are making fool of me. Could anyone please let me know what should I do now?
