I purchased this led tv from flipkart and also bought jeeves extended warranty for 3 years. Now after 2 years there was some manufacturing problem with my tv’s panel so I called jeeves to come and repair my tv. So in Dec 2022 one technician came to my home and inspect the TV and told me that it’s panel issue and will be repaired by them. And then on 11th Dec 2022 pick up team from jeeves visited my home and they took my tv with them and provided one job sheet to me. After that for one month I didn’t received any update from them but on 11 th Jan 2023 they called my and told me that my TV will be repaired and delivered to me by 19th Jan 2023. So I waited till 19th Jan 2023 but I got no response. Then I mailed them regarding the update and they reverted back with saying that a refund can be processed for my TV which is not acceptable as they had already confirmed that my tv will be repaired.
