I have raised an issue regarding smart features in my VU tv on May 18 and technician inspected my TV and ordered timing board and after 10 days he installed the board, even after changing the timing board my issue remained same and he again ordered motherboard after 20days he came back to install the board and after installing that board my TV stopped working all of a sudden, technician left my place by giving some fake words and he somehow he left and I have started calling Jeeves team they started telling me your issue will be solved with in two days, they told me all those kind of words for week and two days back they offered me refund which I have ordered them to replace my TV in working condition as per your rules but they are not responding me properly.. my TV was dead since 2 months, Jeeves is looting money from people in the name of extended warranty and not serving people properly...
