Jeeves Consumer Services — Reject complain without my consent even if my product is under warranty

Jeeves reject my complain again and again without my concern as well as they give wrong information my issue is resolved. But till date my request is not completed . Even if warrenty is available my product, they don't sapourt. I tried to reach Jeeves properly form last Match to till datee
