Hi, I purchased mI LED 43 inch tv from the Flipkart along with 2 years extended warranty from Flipkart partner Jeeves. My TVs display is not working after 2 years, so i lodged the complaint at Jeeves support on 5th of March 2022, but Jeeves engineer rejected the claim saying the product is physically damaged. I re lodged the claim on 20th March stating that there is nothing physically damaged in the TV, and asking senior engineer to visit again. But after so many calls and follow up with jeeves and Flipkart, the engineer never turned up. They just rejected the claim again saying physical damaged without inspection at my home. I also sent them email with photos of display where there is no dent or scratches on the tv display. But they didn't consider this and again rejected claim. I am adding my invoice of the insurance and images of the product for your reference. Kindly look into the matter and help us prevent such fraudulent activities where they reject claims on the basis of physical damage without checking from inside and by just sending photos.
