I purchased a mobile through flipkart online service. It is a defect mobile. As per the process, jeeves company doing technical visit. First time technical visit completed but he did not submitted any report to flipkart. That tech visit person asked me that he will take the mobile to shop and do the repair and give it back. I objected that option, because it is a new mobile. Again flipkart arranged 2nd tech visit, for that jeeves shared tech visit person details, but later they reported flipkart that i re-scheduled the tech visit. Because of that i need to re-request again and again. I frustrated a lot with jeeves service, that they are giving wrong information to flipkart. Flipkart also not able to take action against jeeves. Iam so shoking that these many problems we need to face, if we got a product is defect through flipkart.
